Refund policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2025

At Rugged Fresh Laundry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@ruggedfreshlaundry.com with your order details.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at returns@ruggedfreshlaundry.com.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is processed.

  3. If you've done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at refunds@ruggedfreshlaundry.com.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
