Shipping policy

At Rugged Fresh Laundry, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

🚫 International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Rugged Fresh Laundry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email ruggedfreshlaundry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
